When to write
You may wish to contact us if you notice:
- Incorrect metadata — a mistaken author, title, or publication date, or a book placed in a category that does not reflect its content. For example, a romance set in a historical period might belong more naturally under Romantic Drama than under Classic Romance.
- Unreadable files or reader failures — a file that does not open, renders garbled text, or behaves unexpectedly in a particular device or browser.
- Accessibility problems — missing alt text, poor contrast, or other barriers that affect reading for users of assistive technology.
- Privacy questions — concerns about how your data is handled when you browse or download.
- Copyright or rights concerns — if you believe a title in the catalogue may not be in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you have rights information relevant to a specific edition.
- General editorial observations — thoughts on a reading note, a suggestion for a new category, or a comment on the presentation of a work such as The Blue Castle: a novel — Text and Context or Show Boat — Context and Discussion.
What to include in your message
To help us address your report quickly, please include as many of the following as possible:
- The exact page URL where the issue appears.
- The ebook title (and author, if applicable).

- Any supporting rights information if your message concerns copyright or public-domain status.
How we handle your message
When you write, your message is reviewed by the Manuscript Reviewer, who considers each report in the context of the catalogue’s editorial standards. For metadata issues, the reviewer checks the source edition and, where possible, consults reference works to confirm the correct information. File-format problems are tested on common reading systems to reproduce and understand the issue. Accessibility reports are examined against current best practices, and corrections are made where feasible. Copyright inquiries are treated with care: we review the legal status of the work in the relevant jurisdiction and may remove or add a notice if warranted.
We also value general editorial observations. While we cannot implement every suggestion, each one is read and considered.

We do not use automated replies; every response is written by ONDUT Catalogue.
